The Corpus Christi Education Foundation will host its 8th annual CCEF Hearts & Minds 5K Run at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (2nd entrance at the Plaza). The race begins at 8:00 a.m. Proceeds from this fundraising event benefit the Corpus Christi Independent School District.

The 2024 5k run had over 1,300 participants, including CCISD students, CCISD teachers and staff members, business partners an community members. The CCEF Hearts & Minds 5K is among the largest 5K held in Corpus Christi.
