The eighth annual Christmas at Italian Lake event will highlight the spirit of the season by bringing the greater Harrisburg region together in a day of joy, celebration, and twinkling Christmas nostalgia. All proceeds benefit Bethesda Mission with the goal of helping the nonprofit meet the needs of the homeless population of Harrisburg.

Christmas Tree lighting

Picture a blue-green Fraser fir rising up above Italian Lake and twinkling lights reflecting in the water. Bringing the light of the holiday season to life, the Christmas Tree at Christmas at Italian Lake is a sight to be seen.

Tree Lighting Ceremony begins at 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Santa's Grotto

Here comes Santa Claus! A photo with Santa is a time-honored Christmas tradition.

Tickets are $5 for one individual photo, or $10 for one family photo. All proceeds benefit Bethesda Mission.

Sound of Christmas

Tis the season to be jolly! Gather ’round the outdoor pavilion to enjoy performances by local choirs and dance troupes with the best music of the holiday season.

Sleigh Rides

Giddy up, giddy up, giddy up, let’s go. What is a Christmas festival without a sleigh ride complete with sleigh bells jingling and rosey cheeks? Gather your friends and family to enjoy a unique “sleigh” ride experience.

Tickets are $5 per person up to $20 per family. All proceeds benefit Bethesda Mission.
