Parade start time is 5 p.m. with related road closures beginning at 4:30 p.m. The parade route is from Forsyth Central High School to the Cumming Fairgrounds via Tribble Gap/Castleberry Road.

Completed forms should be emailed to Crystal Ledford at [email protected] (forms can also be mailed to Cumming City Hall, ATTN: Crystal Ledford, 100 Main Street, Cumming, GA  30040, or brought by in person to the third floor of City Hall, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
