Table Rock State Park in South Carolina is a popular destination for hiking, offering a variety of trails that range in difficulty and length. The park is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains and features beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The most popular hike in the park is the 3-mile Table Rock trail which leads to the summit of Table Rock Mountain, offering a challenging hike with an elevation gain of over 1,000 feet. The trail features rocky terrain, steep inclines, and several scenic overlooks. The Conquer the Rock Ultra includes the Foothills 50k and the Bear Crawl 25k. This event has a pure, gritty, and natural feel that nestles itself in the heart of the foothills trail. The race offers two distances that encompass a 15+ mile loop within the state park.
