As always this event is free and open to the general public.  Carvers will be working throughout the event on their sculptures.   Vendor booths and ice carving will take place every day including President’s Day for the duration of the festival.  The vendor and activities will happen between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Dress warm and enjoy this incredible event.
