Frost Fest promises a weekend filled with icy delights, from stunning Frozen in Time themed ice sculptures to a carving competition, topped off with a shopping and dining Bingo game that will have you exploring the heart of our city!

Schedule of Events:

Enjoy Frozen in Time themed ice sculptures. Each sculpture will take customers and visitors on a nostalgic journey showcasing iconic relics of the past like 8-track tapes, typewriters, iPods, and more!

11:00 am - 2:00 pm: Ice carving competition on Saturday, January 18 (W. 4th Street)

Frost Fest BINGO! - Enjoy a shopping and dining experience for your chance to win a $500 Downtown Rochester Shopping Spree!

10:00 am - 6:00 pm: Marshmallow roasting with the Lions' Club on E. 3rd Street
