The DYNAMIC DUO 5K is Saturday, July 6th at 9am.  Registration begins at 7am at the Bluefield City Park tennis courts.  Runners will leave the tennis courts and do three laps around the city park on a rolling hills course and then return to the tennis courts.  The race will be timed by RUN ROANOKE.  T-Shirts to first 100 registrants.
