2024 Headline Chef Head Chef Adan Campos SETTE LUNA

We are excited to announce the 2024 Headline Chef - Adan Campos, head chef of Sette Luna on Ferry Street! Adan will take on his fellow chefs in several cooking competitions at our October 5 & 6 event in downtown Easton, Pa.

His journey from Mexico to the United States transformed his life and passion. Chef Adan arrived in the United States in 1999 and found both purpose and solace in the kitchen. He began his first culinary job in New York at the age of 20 in an Italian restaurant, where he met his mentor, chef Stephen Regina, who helped him launch on his new career in the restaurant world. After working in New York for five years, Adan moved to Pennsylvania, where he found a position in the kitchen at Gino’s Pizza.

After 11 years at Gino’s, he moved to Sette Luna in search of further learning and challenge. He quickly built a strong relationship with the Palmer family as he applied his passion and his years of experience and skills. Their professional relationship has allowed him to collaborate on both the creation of new dishes as well as the consistency in quality.
