Welcome to Taylor University's Envision Film Festival 2025. The festival will be held with special guests joining from the entertainment industry. All events are free but require registration.

The evening of March 13th is especially for prospective students and their parents. Registration begins at 5:00pm with supper at 6:00pm and an evening program to follow. You'll meet your overnight host during check-in from 5:00pm - 5:30pm.

On March 14th, during the day, we'll feature guests from the entertainment industry. The day starts with an informational session and tour of Taylor's Film and Media program followed by Taylor's chapel service. Throughout the day, there will be Film and television workshops hosted by our entertainment industry guests. A campus tour will also be available. On the evening of March 14th, the highlight of the festival is when we show the best work of the year by Taylor students in Rediger Auditorium at 7pm. That program will include the winning Film from our high school competition and will be streamed live for family members who would like to join virtually. The link will be added to the homepage of this website as the event date approaches.

On March 15th, there's a repeat of the informational session and tour of Taylor's film and media program. Afterwards, we'll host a brunch at 10am. Prospective students and parents are urged to attend. We'll screen other High School entries at this event. The whole festival wraps before 12pm.

Stay overnight and eat free. High school juniors and seniors who are 16 or older are welcom to join us for one or two overnights on campus. We will set you up with a host who is a Film and Media Arts major unless you tell us you'd prefer to stay off-campus. Meals are provided free at the Dining Commons for all visitors including parents and siblings. Families can also purchase meals in the Boren Campus Center where a food court features Chick-Fil-A among other options.

06:00 pm: Supper - Eat with your host - Hodson Dining Commons
07:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Student showcase - Horne Academic Center, Film Finishing - Screening Room
08:00 pm: Dessert and Steadicam - Horne Academic Center, Surack Rotunda
09:00 pm: (Optional) Rice Pilaf Comedy Troupe Performance, Location TBD
10:00 pm: Back to residence hall
