Start off the New Year on the right foot by joining us for our First Day Hike!

Welcome in 2024 in this nationwide initiative to get outside and take a hike!

What to expect: Adventure down the trails of your choosing. Sheldon Lake has ~2 miles of trails to explore. After you're completed your hike, revisit the pavilion to log your miles hiked and take home some First Day Hike goodies.

Our trails are crushed granite gravel paths and wooden boardwalks. Parking is paved and smooth.

Wear: Comfortable hiking shoes

Bring: Water bottle, camera (don't forget to snap some memories!)
