First Day Hike at Volga River State Recreation Area
Self Guided Hike
Enjoy this 1-mile hike on dirt and paved pathways. Hikers will start in the Albany Equestrian Campground and learn about the old town of Albany that once sat upon the site. They will continue down the Albany Bridge Road to the historic bridge and return on the same path.
Parking Location: Once in the park, turn onto Hill Road and follow that to the Albany Equestrian Campground. Parking will be at the pit latrine/kiosk area
