The City of Manchester is the proud caretaker of a collection of flags from the 2016 and 2021 Flags of Valor displays which were flown on Art Hill in Forest Park. Each of these flags holds the dog tag and photo of an American Service Member who died in theater in the War on Terror since September 11, 2011.
