Flushing Parks and Recreation wants you to see how beautiful our parks are during the winter, so bundle up and join us for some Frozen fun! Meet and greet with some of your favorite Frozen characters, warm up with some hot cocoa and enjoy all of the twinkling lights with your family and friends. This even is free, and pet friendly. Some activities have a recommended donation as a fund raiser for Parks and Recreation.
