9 - 9:45 AM - Rise + Restore with The Well Collective Yoga - At Massanutten Fitness & Rec Club - FREE for HeArt & SOUL guests! - Begin the weekend with a soulful flow that seamlessly blends intention, movement, breath, relaxation and music to uplift your energy, restore your body and prepare your mind for the fellowship and winter festivities of the weekend. The class is beginner friendly, and all experiences are welcome to join in. Bring your own mat; there will be some mats available.

10 AM - Mindful Walk - At Mountain Greens Golf Course - FREE

5 - 6:30 PM - Snow Tubing Party - At the Family Adventure Park - Cost: $32 per person - Advance purchase required.

7 - 10 PM - Karaoke - At Splash's Bar & Grill - FREE

8 PM - 1 AM - Live at the Lodge Party (Age 21+ only)
