A legendary event each and every year! We pay homage to one of Western Pennsylvania's greatest drivers, Herb Scott, for the first of four RUSH Late Model Touring Series events of the season. They'll be joined by the Penn Ohio Pro Stocks, Hobby Stocks, Open Four Cylinders, and Young Guns.
