The beautiful Saluda Shoals Park for the Rise & Run 5K. This Easter 5k event will take place on a fast, flat, and scenic certified closed course, giving participants the opportunity to achieve personal bests while soaking in the natural beauty of the park. More than just a race, it’s a celebration of the resurrected King, a movement for mental health awareness, and a chance to bring hope to those struggling with anxiety and depression. The event is hosted by Forever Changed Ministries.

5K Race: Starting at 8:00 AM, the race features a fast, flat, and scenic closed course, perfect for runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels.

Kids' Fun Run with Easter Egg Hunt: Beginning at 9:30 AM, this fun-filled activity allows everyone to participate in the 5K and still enjoy Easter festivities with their families at Leo's Landing.  Bring a basket for your eggs.

Top male and female in each age group: 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39,40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 -75, 75 & up.
