Introduction to Meditation

his 4-week class will combine mindfulness activities, gentle physical movement, breathwork and meditation techniques. Meditation has been proven to decrease anxiety and stress, increase mobility, build community, quiet the mind, improve sleep, support mental clarity and improve focus and quality of life!

Attendance for all 4 weeks is not mandatory but highly recommended as each session builds on previous weeks. This is for all skill levels and beginners are encouraged!

Erica Zeiger has been practicing yoga for over 25 years. She is a 200 hour certified instructor through yoga alliance. Erica has completed the Positivity and Relaxation Training Instructor course at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. Erica is passionate about sharing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness and aims to bring the practice of meditation to others to improve their overall well-being.
