Johnnie Lay Burks Elementary Ribbit Run

Join us for a day of fun at the Burks Elementary Ribbit Run presented by Fleet Feet! Whether it’s our 5K Race, 1K Fun Run, or Tiny Tree Frog Trot, we have races for all ages and paces.
Enjoy a whole morning of family fun. We will have complimentary hot chocolate and coffee from Java Joy, food for purchase from Cafe Racer, sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and the playground will be open. Marigold Solutions will be back on hand to capture the memories.
Register by Monday, February 10th, 2025, to receive a t-shirt. T-shirts will not be available to entries after February 10th, 2025.
All event proceeds go to the Burks Elementary PTO which provides support for teacher and school-wide projects.
Event Schedule:
8:00 AM: Packet Pickup and Race Day Registration (Venmo, Cash or Check accepted)
9:00 AM: Ribbit Run 5K
10:00 AM: Tree Frog Trot 1K
10:30 AM: Tiny Tree Frog Trot
10:45 AM: 5K Awards
Awards
5K Awards are given to Overall Male / Female, Masters Male/Female, Grand Masters Male/Female and the following Male / Female Age Groups:
4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and Over.
Participation awards will be given to all Tree Frog Trot 1K and Tiny Tree Frog Trot.
