We’ve never met a mushroom that wasn’t great sautéed, but there’s lots of ways to cook mushrooms. We’ll show you how to roast mushrooms to make the most of that umami goodness without making them rubbery. Then just for funsies we’ll demonstrate how to not cook mushrooms at all. Mushroom ceviche anyone?
