On Wednesday, March 19, Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse is pleased to present a memorable five-course DAOU wine dinner experience hosted by Master Sommelier Gillian Ballance. The menu, designed to create a delicious harmony between what’s in the glass and what’s on the plate, will be served:
First Course: Grilled Jumbo Prawns with pesto and mixed greens paired with DAOU Rosé, Paso Robles
Second Course: Pan-Seared Scallop with smashed confit fingerling potatoes, haricot vert and brown butter served with DAOU Chardonnay, Paso Robles
Third Course: Grilled Lamb Chop with sweet corn puree, crispy mushrooms and lamb jus complemented by DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles and Daou Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles
Fourth Course: Charbroiled Prime Ribeye with Yukon mashed potatoes, asparagus chips and red wine demi-glace paired with DAOU Estate Soul of a Lion Cabernet Sauvignon, Adelaida District, Paso Robles
Fifth Course: Maria’s Chocolate Cheesecake
