In this confidential support group we will talk about shared experiences, managing and planning for the future, and share any useful resources with one another.  The hoped-for outcome is that people feel less isolated, more informed and will be able to normalize what they are experiencing.  Ultimately, this group will be working toward a more dementia-friendly community.
