For the last two years we’ve attended a meditation/fire ceremony and truly benefited from the experience. We’re excited to share the experience with you. We will begin the class with a candlelight sound bath, leading into meditation, journaling with opportunity to contemplate 2024 and finishing off with a fire ceremony releasing into the cosmos.
