Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a Spectacular Dinner at Smokey’s!

Ring in the New Year with a delightful plated dinner at Smokey’s. Reservations are available every 30 minutes from 6pm to 8pm. Please note that seating will be communal. If you wish to be seated with guests under a separate reservation, kindly inform us in advance. Enjoy a carefully curated menu designed to make your evening special. Schedule Of Events:

Appetizers - Select One Shrimp cocktail with remoulade and cocktail sauce Chicken kabob with hoisin glaze on sesame salad with peanut ginger dressing

Salads - Select One Caeser Salad romaine, parmesan cheese, parmesan crisp, croutons, house-made Caesar dressing Winter salad seasonal lettuce mix with butternut squash, goat cheese, brown butter vinaigrette, sliced red onions, shaved almonds

Entrees - Select One Prime Rib with red wine demi with red skin mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables

Note: prime rib is cooked at a medium rare temperature. Please ask in advance if another temperature is required.

Chicken Roulade chicken wrapped in prosciutto, mushrooms and fontina, with red skin mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus with hollandaise sauce Vegan/vegetarian chef choice available upon request.

Dessert - Dark chocolate tart filled with raspberry cheesecake mousse
