The NY Dog Film Festival® exists to celebrate the bond between dogs and people around the world, as seen through the work of brilliant filmmakers. At the same time, we want to raise awareness of the life-saving work being done at small rescues and large shelters by inviting their followers to the Festival and giving 10% of every ticket directly to those local shelters. 

Celebrating the love between dogs, people, and animal welfare groups. 10% of tickets sales will be donated to an animal shelter.

Appropriate for older school-age children: Service Dog Salute films may be confusing or challenging for younger children because they deal with the emotionally complicated issues of veterans with PTSD and how their service dogs have saved their lives.
