7:30 a.m. - Show Office Opens
8:00 a.m. - Dairy Heifer Show
10:00 a.m. - Market Broilers Check-In
11:00 a.m. - Beef Heifer Show Begins (Followed by prospect and then market steer show. Beet showmanship 15 minutes following steer show.)
1:00 p.m. - Market Broiler Show Begins
