Set in a recession-ravaged Dublin, Bookworms takes place in the home of Ann and Larry, who on this particular evening are acting as hosts for Ann's book club. However, to make things interesting, the women's husbands are asked to join in. Disastrous but hilarious results follow. Bookworms offers us insight into how different people behave in awkward situations.
