Join us for an artistic journey in the expressive art of collage and create your own original collage card with our featured artist, Mary Cara Bates! 

No experience is necessary to attend this free workshop suitable for all ages, just bring your sense of adventure and fun! Mary will share her artistic process while leading you through the basics of building an image through the interplay of composition, color, line, shape, and texture. You’ll experiment with a vibrant collection of materials and found objects, including Mary’s own hand-printed papers! We’ll explore the history of collage and the myriad ways artists use this extraordinarily versatile technique.
