Join our Restorative Queen, Judi Q, for a 2.5-hour retreat designed to reset, rejuvenate, and reconnect. Immerse yourself in the meditative practice of Restorative Yoga where gentle, supported poses will be held for extended periods, allowing your mind and body to deeply relax. Please expect some periods of complete silence (3-5 minutes). Bolsters and blankets will provide comfort and support. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to Restorative Yoga, this retreat offers a haven of peace and healing. Additionally, this practice will emphasize full acceptance of oneself and others in a space of non-judgment. Simultaneously, you will be nourished by a rich community of like-minded yogis who understand the significance of sangha.
