Getting to the dock there are three potential options to access the dock for boarding:
Ramp access between the City Cruises Ticket Booth and Rio City Cafe - the steepness of the ramp varies by season and water level
Stairs access is located to the right of Rio City Cafe
Elevator access located at the Delta King City Cruises does not operate this elevator and cannot guarantee its operation
Paid public parking garages are available.
Advanced reservations are recommended. Purchases at the on-site ticket booth in Old Sacramento are accepted by credit card only and based on availability.
