Shucked & Sauced, the Conservancy’s celebration of parks and all things oysters and barbecue, is returning on February 2, 2025, to showcase the best of Charleston’s restaurants, all in the backdrop of the beautiful Rose Pavilion in Hampton Park.

This quintessential Lowcountry affair will again showcase the best of land and sea in one of Charleston’s most iconic parks. Park lovers and foodies will enjoy oysters from favorite oyster farmers paired with some of Charleston’s top seafood restaurateurs and get (barbecue) sauced with local pitmasters, all while enjoying libations and live music under the oaks. Shucked & Sauced features the best of Charleston’s legendary restaurants coming together for a magical afternoon supporting Charleston’s parks.

Participating restaurant and beverage partners include: 167 Raw, Delaney Oyster House, Graft Wine Shop & Wine Bar, Leon’s Oyster Shop, Lewis Barbecue, Marbled & Fin, Martin’s BBQ Joint, Poggio Costa Prosecco, Rodney Scott’s BBQ, Sorelle, Steamboat Creek Oyster Farm, Tempest, The Obstinate Daughter, The Smoking Pot, and more!

Funds raised from this event directly contribute to the enhancement of Charleston’s parks, ensuring a sustainable future for cherished community spaces. This event is for ages 21 and older only. No pets or coolers allowed.
