We’re kicking off the festivities with a special release of our Xylocopa stout on nitro! This Irish export stout uses a precise blend of dark roasted barley and black patent malt to build a potent roast character reminiscent of coffee and dark cocoa, with a smooth body and dry finish. The classic version won gold at the Washington Beer Awards as the best Irish-style beer brewed in the state of Washington, and now we’re excited to pour it for you on a nitro tap! The traditional stout pour gives the beer an extra creamy foam fit for St Patrick himself!

Carolina Smoke BBQ will be in the house from 3 to 6 pm serving up delicious corned beef sandwiches to pair with the Xylocopa, so come hungry! Their food is always a hit, and they often sell out, so make sure to get your order in early. Our kitchen will be ready to backstop them if they do in fact sell out.

Then we’re capping off the celebration with some rollicking Irish music from the Whiskey Gaels starting at 6 pm! They may be based here in Woodinville, but they have a fair bit of blarney about them. Expect some drinking songs, traditional Celtic music, and some modern Irish classics too. It’s music best enjoyed by the pint!
