Known for crisp flavors of citrus, tropical fruits, and green pepper, sauvignon blanc is among the most loved whites in the world. We'll consider wines from France, New Zealand, and Washington. Through tasting, instruction, and discussion, participants will increase their understanding of and appreciation for sauv blanc.

A guided tasting of 3 wines is included. Limited to 10 participants.

About the Instructor:

Matt Frazier is the proprietor of Drum Roll Wine, a graduate of the Northwest Wine Academy, a French Wine Scholar with highest honors, and he holds an Advanced certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. Matt's passionate about making wine more accessible and easier to enjoy for all.
