Courses:

Begin and finish at the entrance to the Dismal Swamp Canal Trail, Rest Stop at mile post 4, Chesapeake, VA 23323 and will be an out & back.  The 10K will go out and back 3.1 miles. The 12 and 20 milers will run/walk 6 miles and turn around.  20 milers will come across the timing mats at the finisyh line  and go out for 4 miles and turnaround and head back to the finish line.  This is a chipped time race starting at 8:30 A.M. Finish line closure is based on a 15 minute per mile and will close at 1:30.
