Unlocking Restful Sleep: Understanding Changes and Strategies for Seniors

A recent article on WebMD highlighted that nearly half of adults over 65 report experiencing at least one sleep issue. As we age, our sleep patterns naturally shift, often leading to challenges that can feel disruptive. Many of us long for the restful nights we once enjoyed. Dr. Orie Quinn, a Doctorate in Chiropractic, lead chiropractor at Ozark Holistic Center (OHC) in Fayetteville, and a sleep researcher with over a decade of experience, will delve into this topic in a two-part series. He’ll share insights from his research on how and why our sleep changes with age, along with practical tips for optimizing your sleep to suit your needs.

The class will not meet on the week in between the two listed dates.
