Waynesboro Family YMCA Turkey Trot (In Memory of Dick Meador)

Join in the Thanksgiving holiday fun with your friends at the Waynesboro Family YMCA on Thanksgiving morning. For more than 60 years, Waynesboro Family YMCA has continuously evolved to meet the changing needs of our community. At every opportunity, we've shifted our programs & our focus so the Y can continue to do what we do best: stand as an ally and a leader in community action & support. Because we’re way more than a gym.

Hours:
8:15am - Gobbler 1 Mile (Kids event ages 3-10)
9:00am - 5k Run and Walk  Start

Awards:
Gobble Wobble 1 Mile finishers receive a Finisher Medal.
5K Awards will be given to Top 3 Overall Male and Female, Top Master Male and Female, and top 5 in each age group (Medal to first place and ribbons 2nd -5th)
Please note: An awards table will be available following the event for winners to pick up their age group award. We will recognize our overall award winners during a brief closing ceremony. Awards will not be mailed.

Gobble Wobble 1 Mile will award a stuffed turkey (yep, it's a stuffed animal Not suitable for roasting) to our top Overall Boy and Girl.

There are no awards given for our virtual event.
