This is the third year of BLOOM. It has blossomed into a month-long event that aims to support local businesses, foster a love of art, and boost tourism during April. Activities are being planned to draw locals and tourist out to shop and play in Winnsboro all month long. We invite you to participate in BLOOM 2025, and transformation our town into a vibrant display of Spring flowers.

Events will include the Tournament of Windows, April 5 – 12, where merchants compete by decorating their windows and storefronts to celebrate the arrival of Spring with painted windows or multi-media displays. If you are an artist who is interested in paring with a local business to paint/decorate their window please complete the simple form below and we will get you in contact with the participating merchants.
