3:00 p.m - 5:00 p.m: Drop-In Bandana Making at the Library Arts Center. Families and Adults, ready to wear to the Opening Festival
5:00 p.m: Opening Ceremony Festival Newport Bandstand/PO area. Music, Food Trucks, fire pits, hot cocoa bar/smores, group western line dance, torch parade.
