Celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Soar on the Shore Kite & Beach Festival in Algoma, WI!

This free, family-fun event is not to be missed!

Bring a chair or blanket and come early to set up your spot for prime enjoyment.

Kite flying is fun for the whole family and is sure to bring out the kid in all of us. Come watch the professionals as they soar kites both big and small and enjoy a day at the beach!

The Wisconsin Kiters Club send giant kites up in the air while the Fire & Ice Stunt Kite team maneuvers multiple kites in the air doing twists and turns with such precision!

Fly your own kite, make a few crafts, and enjoy the sandy beach along the shores of Lake Michigan.

Soar on the Shore is put on by Friends of Crescent Beach and Algoma Area Chamber of Commerce.

Follow HWY 42 or 54 right into the center of Algoma, WI right along the Lake Michigan shore!
