July 7, 2023: 4-H & FFA Exhibits & Contest Entry Forms Due in County Extension Office at 4pm. No late Entries to be accepted.

July 10, 2023: Open Class Livestock, Small Animal & Pee Wee Showmanship Entries Due to Fair Office. No late Entries to be accepted.

August 4, 2023:

ICA Rodeo
8am: 4-H Dog Show - 7th Street Complex

August 5, 2023:

ICA Rodeo
8am: 4-H Archery Contest - Industrial Park
8:30am: 4-H Horse Show - Heritage Barn

August 6, 2023:

Grant County Junior Rodeo
8am: 4-H Shotgun Contest - Seneca Shooting Range
7:30am: Beef Setup
10:30am: Swine and Sheep Setup
Noon: Small Animal Setup
12pm - 3pm: 4-H Static Exhibits due (except Flower Arranging Exhibits) - East Door Trowbridge Pavilion

August 7, 2023:

8am - 10am: 4-H Static Exhibits due (Flower Arrangements due).
Judging starts at 11 am. Interviews are encouraged.
4pm - 7pm: Open Class Exhibits check-in (except Flower & Horticulture Exhibits) - Trowbridge Pavilion Main Door
6pm: Fashion Revue & Presentations - Sales Barn

August 8, 2023:

7am - 11am: 4-H/FFA Weigh-ins & Check-in Swine, Sheep and Goat
8am - 11am: All Open Class Exhibits due (including Flowers and Horticulture) - Main Door Trowbridge Pavilion
11am: Pavilion Closed For Judging
Noon - 1pm: 4-H/FFA Steer Weigh-in
3pm - 4pm: Weigh-in and Check-in Small Animals, Poultry
