From: Cupertino Fall Bike Fest

Strap on a helmet and bike to Civic Center Plaza to start the fall with some bike-themed fun! There will be lunch, treats, and beverages for sale when you get hungry. Festival activities to look forward to are listed below. Note: to participate in any of the on-bike activities (bike rides, rodeo, games or demos), you will need to turn in a paper waiver at the registration table the day of the event. Download and sign a waiver ahead of time for a speedy registration.

Tentative Festival Activities:

Food:

-Make a smoothie on a pedal-powered blender bike
-Coffee Society will be selling coffee, boba, waffles, lunch, snacks, and so much more!

Safety:

-Helmet Checks: Helmets are an important piece of safety equipment, but only work when they're worn properly. Walk Bike Cupertino will make sure yours is proper!
-Bike Safety Checks: Community Cycles of California will conduct an ABC quick check on your bike to make sure your tires have enough air, your brakes are properly adjusted, and that your chain is functional. If your bike needs more attention than that or something is broken, please take it to a bike shop for a tune-up before the Bike Fest.
-Bike Rodeo: Practice traffic safety and bike handling skills in Safe Moves' mini city and obstacle course.
-Bike Rides - Put your tuned up equipment and skills to use by joining a chaperoned bike ride:
2.5 mile Family Fun Ride to Wilson Park - all ages are welcome, no tricycles or training wheels please
10 mile Park Tour Ride - come pedal through some of Cupertino's many green spaces, for all ages as long as you can comfortably ride 10 miles in an hour

Fun and Games:

-Play a game of cornhole with Trailhead Cyclery
-See if you can light up a whole panel of LED lights by pedaling fastest in Rock the Bike's sLEDgehammer contest
