Evergreen Speedway is set to host its most prestigious NASCAR circle track event of the year, the 12th annual Tire Pros Nascar Summer Showdown regularly attracts many of the best short-track competitors from the West Coast, Canada and multiple teams from North Carolina, Texas and Arizona to name a few. The Summer Showdown event is one of the marquee NASCAR short track events in the nation competing on the historic
Evergreen Speedway oversized 5/8 oval.

Thursday night July 18th is an open practice for the Super Late Models and Pro Late Models. The public is welcome to come watch for free and pick out your favorite drivers. Currently over 45 Super Late and Pro Late Model drivers are entered for the summer classic.

On Friday night the TIRE PROS Pro Late Model 100 features many of the best of the Northwest in a shootout for the $15,000 top prize. The Super Late
Models perform on Friday in the qualifying heat races setting up their $30,000 to win Summer Showdown 200 on Saturday July 20th . Weekend support classes include NASCAR Mini Stocks, NASCAR Street Stocks, INEX Evergreen Legends and NW Vintage Modifieds. With nearly $200,000 up for grabs this weekend, a healthy field of over 120 competitors are set to descend onto Evergreen looking to claim victories at the 2024 TIRE PROS Summer Showdown. The Showdown VIP Package is available for purchase through Friday July 19th .
