It’s time to get your green on for our 18th fundraiser, the St. Paddy’s Fest!

Over the past seventeen years, our fundraiser has enabled us to help our customers obtain or maintain self-sufficiency in our service area of Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel, Tyler and Doddridge Counties in West Virginia & Jefferson County in Ohio.

The support of our sponsors and community has been overwhelming and in 2023 we will host our St. Paddy’s Fest at Wheeling Island Hotel, Casino, Racetrack.

We thank you for your support of our agency and our annual fundraiser. With partners like you, we can make St. Paddy’s Fest 2023 even better and raise funds to provide the valuable services offered by CHANGE, Inc.
