Thursday, April 24, 2025:

8:00am: Official Opening of the Rummage Sales in the Community 

8:00am: Official Opening of the Walleye Festival Welcome Center Locations: 

Freeland Bean and Grain 1100 East Washington Road Freeland, MI 48623 7-Eleven 8975 Tittabawassee Rd (Corner of M-47 and Tittabawassee Rd.) 

Stop by Either Welcome Center for Shirts, Walleye Guides, Walleye Festival Information, Rummoge Sale Maps, Special Merchandise, and Great In-Store Deals! 

12:00pm: Cornhole Afternoon Tournament Registration opens. 

1:00pm: Cornhole Afternoon Tournament starts 

5:30pm: Cornhole Main Tournament Registration in Beer Tent at Burt Watson's 

6:00pm: Registration for the $200 High-Stakes Texas Hold'em tournament at Burt Watson's Show Room

6:00pm: Duck Race (starts at Freeland Bridge and ends at the Memorial Park behind Taco Bell) 

6:30pm: Cornhole Hole Tournament Begins in Beer Tent at Burt Watson's 

7:00pm: Best-of-the-Best $200 High-Stakes Texas Hold'em tournament starts at Burt Watson's Show Room 

Friday, April 25, 2025: 

9:00am: Walleye Vendor Spaces Open at the Freeland Learning Center (closes at 5pm) 

1:00pm: Anderson Midway Carnival Rides Open (closes at 10pm) 

5:00pm: Parade Line Up Begins at the Freeland Elementary School 

6:00pm: Walleye Festival Parade Begins. 

6:00pm: The Beer Tent Opens at Burt Watson's 

6:00pm: Doors open for Walleye Comedy Night show starts at 6:30pm must be 21 to enter 

8:00pm: The Family Tradition Band Starts at the Beer Tent at Burt Watson's DJ will take over from 11pm to close. (Tent closes at 12:30am) 

Midnight-Official start of the Freeland Walleye Fishing Tournament 

Saturday, April 26, 2025: 

9am: Kids' Trout Pond at Hayes Park starts 

9am: Walleye Vendor Spaces re-open at the Freeland Learning Center (ends at 5pm) 

10am: Fishing Tournament Weigh-in opens (closes at 5pm) 

11am: Anderson Midway Amusement Carnival Rides Reopen (closes at 10pm) 

11am: Registration opens for the $50 Texas Hold'em Tournament at Burt Watson's 

11am: Registration opens for the Phish Pong Tournament at Burt Watson's 

12pm: Cookie Eating Contest at Freeland Assembly of God and other neat events 

12pm: Beer Tent opens 

12pm: Texas Hold'em Tournament begins at Burt Watson's 

12pm: Phish Pong Tournament begins at Burt Watson's 

6pm: Casino Opens at Burt Watson's Saturday Only! 

7pm: The Hypocrites starts at the Beer Tent at Burt Watson's, DJ from 11pm to close. (Tent closes at 12:30am) 

Sunday, April 27, 2025:

7am: Check In and Registration for 5k/10k Run and Walk at the Freeland Sports Zone 

8am: Registration opens for Disc Golf Tournament at Tittabawassee Trails at Hayes Park 

8am: Registration for Freeland Walleye Festival Car Show opens 

9am: 2025 Walleye Festival Car Show at McDonald Ford and Quick Lane (ends at 2pm) 

10am: Disc Golf Tournament begins at Tittabawassee Trails 

10am: Final Walleye Weigh-in at Hayes Park (Ends 3pm)

12pm: Anderson Midway Amusement Carnival Rides Open (Closes at 5pm) 

1pm: Bingo at the Freeland SportsZone $690 Midland Rd. (ends at around 4PM) 

3:15pm(ish) Awards for the Freeland Walleye Fishing Tournament
