Welcome to the largest gathering of the North American sake industry in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas. This event will feature the brewers and their sake from coast to coast. A festival put together by members of the Sake Brewers Association of North America, a non-profit dedicated to the growth of the sake industry by promoting and protecting North America’s sake brewers, their sake, and the community of sake enthusiasts.

Farm Tour:

9:00 am: light breakfast at Origami Sake Brewery

9:30 am - 10:30 am: Brewery Tour Origami Sake Brewery

11 am: Bus Departs from Origami Sake

12:30 pm: Arrive Cypress Creek Mill

2:30 pm -1:30 pm: Lunch catered at Cypress Creek Mill

1:45 pm: Depart Cypress Creek Mill

2:00 pm: Arrive at Isbell Farms

3:00 pm: Depart Isbell Farms and return to Origami Sake

Friday, March 1st: WSET Class:

2:00 pm - 4:00 pm: testing
