We are back and looking forward to the 54th Annual Blairsville Sorghum Festival and some great sorghum syrup!

This year's festival will be hosted by the Blairsville Sorghum Syrup Makers and Enotah CASA, Inc again. We are looking forward to keeping traditions alive and creating a memorable experience for all patrons of the festival.

A History As Rich As Sorghum Syrup

In North Georgia, the Blairsville sorghum festival has been a part of Blairsville's heritage for more than 50 years. While small in number, they accomplished by far the largest and most distinctive event of the year in Union county.

Enotah Casa, Inc is excited to partner once again with  the Blairsville sorghum syrup makers to  make the festival the success it has always been.

The Blairsville sorghum festival organizers want to thank all the citizens, local government, departments, businesses and clubs that help the festival be a success, but most of all they appreciate your attendance.
