Zoppe Family Circus: A Tale Spun Over Seven Generations and 182 Years
Welcome Zoppe: An Italian Family Circus for limited performances.
Step into the timeless enchantment of Zoppe, where tradition spans seven generations and 182 years. The Zoppe family has safeguarded the ancient art of the circus, preserving its intimate charm amidst a world that races ever forward. Within the welcoming embrace of The Big Top, they extend a heartfelt invitation to all who yearn to rediscover the essence of the circus-a tapestry woven with threads of family, support, and community.
In this fleeting sanctuary, where life's fragility is highlighted, guests are transported back to a realm where pixels yield to the poetry of the human form. Witness acrobats defy gravity, and feel the drum of the horses' hooves thunder around the ring while equestrian prowess takes flight. Spaghetti Dinner:
The famous spaghetti dinner, served by the West Metro Fire Rescue takes place on both Friday and Saturday nights from 4:30-8:00pm in the food court.
Cost is $14 for adults & $7 for kids under 12.

The Carnation Festival Fine Art Show is presented by the Wheat Ridge Art League that showcases its members artwork. The Fine Art Show will be located in the Anderson Building at Anderson Park, 4355 Field St.

Chili Cook Off is Back!
Attention avid chili chefs and fans! Our Chili Cook-off is back this year on Saturday at 2:00pm.
Sign up to show off your favorite recipe - $10 registration per chili. (Sign up closes on Thursday, August 8)

Proceeds will be donated to a local cause (TBD)
Pancake Breakfast
Saturday (before the parade) from 7:00am to 9:30am at Grange Hall, 3850 High Ct. (behind Wheat Ridge Cyclery).
Breakfast includes ham, eggs, pancakes, coffee and juice. Donations encouraged.
Benefits the Grange Foundation.
Spaghetti Dinner

Pie Baking Contest:
Is your pie the best in the city? This is your chance to bake what makes Wheat Ridge sweet! Sign up for the baking-off and compete for the Carnation Festival Blue Ribbon.
Bring Pies Saturday between 1:30 - 2:50 pm. Judging will start at 3:00 p.m. Winners will be announced at 3:30pm. Pie slices will be available to purchase from 4 p.m. until all pie is gone.
Parade Information
The Wheat Ridge Carnation Grand Parade will roll west along 38th Ave from Ames Street to Upham Street on Saturday, August 10th beginning at 9:30am MST. Established in 1969, this parade is among one of the longest standing traditions held to celebrate the incorporation of our beloved Wheat Ridge. The Grand Parade features local schools, businesses, and nonprofit organizations that always show up to have fun and impress the crowd! Join us for Year 55! Parade entry application closes on Saturday, July 27th.
Prior to the parade, the Wheat Ridge Grange (3850 High Court) will offer a Pancake Breakfast beginning at 7am MST. Join us for a delicious breakfast and find a seat to enjoy our community parade!

Car Show
You will be surrounded by cars, food trucks, vendors, the main stage music and more. It's a perfect combination for a day of family fun, while helping raise money for the high school programs
Be sure to check out the custom-made trophies (hand-crafted by Warren Tech students) at our main tent.
Big Wheels on the Farm Car Show is a community event that raises funds to support a variety of student clubs and organizations at Wheat Ridge High School.
