Wednesday, June 28th, 2023

5:30 pm – 7:30 pm: Casting with the Cops

Cast a line with Apple Valley officers and volunteers from the MN Valley In-Fisherman Club. Pre-registration is required.

Bait and treats provided
Bring your own fishing pole and tackle or borrow ours!
Games
Garden cart rides around the lake
Prize drawings throughout the event

Parents/guardians of kids under 12 are required to attend with their child.

Each time slot allows the kids to fish for 30 minutes. Limited spaces are available. This event will be held rain or shine!

Friday, June 30th, 2023

6:30 pm – 8:30 pm: Music in the Park

The concert is free!

Food and beverages available to purchase

5:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Car Show

Annual Dancin’ and Cruisin’ Classic Car Show

Cars should arrive between 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Awards will be presented at 8:30 pm

Car Entry Fee: Fee is $15 which goes towards our fundraising efforts.

Music at The Legion at 8:00pm

Includes t-shirt, dash plaque, and first 100 vehicles receive a “goodie bag”. Awards will be presented.

8:00 am: Fun Run

Start Independence Day out with a run!

Participant Age: All ages

Participants of all ages are invited to join us for a 2-mile or 5-mile run.

Pre-registration is recommended. Day of race registration is from 6:30-7:30am.

Race & T-shirt. Please indicate your shirt size.

AWARDS:
Awards will be presented in all age and gender categories to the top three finishers in the 2-mile & 5-mile runs. Come out to RUN, or cheer on the runners of all ages! Lots of fun!
