From: Dia De Muertos FestivalVisitors of all ages can experience an authentic Day of the Dead celebration. Enjoy Mexican food, crafts, entertainment, and dancing. Visit a traditional altar honoring family and friends who have passed. Food, artist, and exhibitor opportunities are available.
Admission Information
The festival is free to the public, with the exception of food vendors and one special ticketed experience.
Highlights Include
Traditional Entertainment: Aztec dancers, Oaxaca Group, and a mariachi band.
Food: On-site vendors will sell Mexican cuisine, such as empanadas and tamales.
Face Painting: No Dia de Muertos celebration would be complete without traditional candy skull face painting. Free, but tips are appreciated.
Ofrenda: Visit a traditional altar honoring family and friends who have passed.
Opportunities Available
Food vendor, artist, and exhibitor opportunities are available. All vendors must be Day of the Dead themed, and products must be sold by the artist or direct representative.

Please join after the event indoors at the Cultural Arts Center for Afro-Andean Funk, 7-9:30 pm, free and open to the public. Two-time Latin Grammy-nominated Afro-Andean Funk presents roots music fused with world music and funk, featuring themes of social struggle, shamanic rituals, and indigenous Peruvian traditions. Their music aims at uniting musical cultures and bringing visibility to the Quechua language, the most widely spoken indigenous language in South America. They also will be presenting a workshop out at the festival beginning at 3:00 pm
