Celebrate the season and give back to your community at the 6th Annual Holiday Lights Festival! Enjoy this event for the entire holiday season with nightly light displays and cozy fires, special weekend activities including a visit from Santa, and end the celebration by starting the New Year with a bang at a must-see fireworks show on New Year’s Day!

Schedule of Events:

December 2, 2022 - January 1, 2023:

5pm – 9pm: Extended Lights Viewing 2022 Event - Hodag Park

Celebrate the holiday season with a festive display of lights at Hodag Park. Enjoy the lights with newly added holiday music and warming bonfires along our lakeside walking path, or choose to view the displays in the comfort of your vehicle by taking the lighted driving path through the impressive tunnel of lights.

Collections of food and/or monetary donations will be at the end of the driving path and other locations at the park. Your donations support area food pantries and improve the event success for years to come. Portable restrooms are available for guest use throughout the park.

December 9 - 10 and 16 - 17, 2022:

5pm – 8pm: Weekend Activities and Events - Hodag Park Pavilion

For two weekends in December, enjoy additional activities in the pavilion including a visit with Santa and photos by Jack Flint plus concessions like hot beverages, snacks, sweets, etc. Outside the pavilion, enjoy music and a warming bonfire.

Santa will be available for visits and photos all 4 evenings of December 9, 10, 16, and 17 from 5pm – 8pm.

January 1, 2023:

7:00 p.m: New Years Day Fireworks Display
Hodag Park (590 Rose St., Boom Lake Boat Landing)

Arrive early for a good parking spot!

Start the New Year with a BANG! Fireworks will launch from the center of the park at 7pm sharp. Please arrive early to allow time for parking and follow the event parking staff instructions. The light display, including the driving path and the walking path, will be shortened during this time to accommodate the fireworks site area.
