2:00 - 5:00 pm: Club displays and entries accepted in basement of the Main Hall - rear entrance
2:00 - 5:00 pm: Department 11 (Youth) exhibits accepted in basement of Grange Hall (side ramp entrance)
2:00 - 5:00 pm: Home & Garden exhibits accepted for Departments 13-19,& 23 in Bingo Pavilion

August 28, 2023:

9:00 am: Judging of 4-H displays and entries (Closed to public)
5:00 - 8:00 pm: Departments 13-19, & 23 (Home & Garden) exhibits accepted at the Bingo Pavilion
5:00 - 8:00 pm: Department 11 (Youth) exhibits accepted in basement of Grange Hall (side ramp entrance)
5:00 - 8:00 pm: Department 12 (Hay & Grain) exhibits accepted at the Livestock Barns
5:00 - 9:00 pm: Big Knob Livestock Club market and breeding animals accepted. Weigh in for all, and walk through for steers
6:00 pm: Mandatory meeting of all horse exhibitors at the barn. Last chance to register to be eligible to participate in the performance classes during the fair.
6:00 - 7:00 pm: Pick-up "Bucket of Junk" contest supplies - Outdoor Stage **Sponsored by Freedom Conway Recycling**
7:00 - 8:00 pm: Rabbit entries accepted at the Barns

August 29, 2023:

8:00 am - 3:00 pm: Open class livestock entries accepted at the Livestock Barns
8:30 am: Home & Garden exhibits judged (Closed to the public)
4:00 pm: Exhibit Buildings and Tents open to the public
4:30 pm: Turkey /Stuffing or Lasagna Dinner (Dining Room) **Until sold out**
6:00 pm: Parade and Opening Ceremonies with Freedom Big Red Marching Band - Outdoor Stage
6:00 pm: Midway opens - one price wristbands $20 each
6:30 pm: Oram's Donut Eating Contest for first responders & community officials - Outdoor Stage **Contest sponsored by Mitsubishi Electric**
7:00 pm: High School Band Contest -Track
7:00 pm: "Stacie And The Wildcards" - Outdoor Stage
7:00 pm: Bingo
7:00 pm: Goats and lambs judging - Livestock Arena
